These terms apply to services offered under the Can Yildiz brand by Fish and Media Ltd (company number 10891701), registered office 17 Green Lanes, Newington Green, London N16 9BS, United Kingdom.
We provide creative production, video production, performance marketing, analytics and digital marketing strategy services. The agreed scope, deliverables, timetable and fees are set out in a proposal, statement of work or written confirmation.
Fees are due as stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. Payment may be processed through Stripe or another provider identified at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and paying on time.
You retain ownership of materials you provide. You give us permission to use them as needed to provide the services. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, methods and working files. Once all applicable fees are paid, you receive the usage rights described in the agreed scope for the final deliverables.
Any requested change to scope, timing or deliverables may require a revised fee or timetable. Cancellation terms are those in the applicable proposal; if none are stated, you remain responsible for work completed and committed costs up to cancellation.
We will perform the services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected services in the preceding twelve months. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. These terms and any dispute are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
